Processing Waste

A new technology for processing waste tires limited global sources of raw materials for plastics puts increasing demands of its economy and expand the use of secondary polymer materials. Involvement in trafficking and platmassovyh of rubber waste is necessary to maintain clean air and water, improve the human environment. Worn tires are the largest source of low-cost polymer raw materials. Only a small number of waste tires recycled, the remaining waste tires accumulate in the environment and contaminate it. Economic and environmental requirements of the new technology meets recycling of waste tires and other rubber waste created by the author’s research team. A new technology for processing waste tires consists of the following operations: – shredding of used tires – grinding shredded tire – dried crumb rubber – crumb rubber screening and removal of steel – rubber chips packing in bags – the formation of the overpack.
