You will be relieved of the necessity to have a certificate of test results for TB, if you have a valid residence permit in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Surety in the Netherlands is important to have a person or organization in the Netherlands, which will, inter alia, to speak to you as a guarantor. The surety may be, for example, a family member with whom you reside, or an employer who will guarantee your income. It may be that you will not have a guarantor. For example, you can settle on terms self-employment, with no guarantee. In this case, there are often additional requirements. In most cases, however, you can apply for a residence, if you have a temporary residence permit ('mvv').
